Designed by renowned firm BCA (Blanch + Conca Arquitectura), Landmark builds on IOSA’s over 40-year experience of developing and managing offices.

The project represents the next step in this evolution, incorporating differentiating spaces that meet the needs of the most demanding clients. It combines the latest developments in technology and sustainability to create a unique ‘all-in-one’ user experience, where people can work, exercise, socialize, relax and more.

Biophilic Design

Landmark provides a constant, living connection with nature in zones including the garden, landscaped exterior, interior patios and terraces.
The unique ground floor features 3,125 sqm of accessible outdoor space with 2,255 sqm of greenery.

The ambiance takes visual cues from the local environment, with sight lines to the verdant hillsides of nearby Montjuic: the city centre’s primary area of natural beauty and home to some of its best gardens, art galleries and sports facilities.

Ground floor

Users and visitors to Landmark are met by the striking but compact double-height lobby.

This welcoming space, with a waiting area, coffee shop, restaurant, garden and outdoor sports area, connects to the upper floors and the lower-ground-floor forum, creating a seamless transition from outdoors to the office environments and the amenities.

Forum Floor

The Forum is in many ways the living heart of Landmark. This shared lower-ground space features the Landmark Club.

This office club has been designed to bring together the best space management practices in a single location which will be available to your teams to obtain a complete and unique work experience.

With five interior patios, abundant natural light and greenery, offers diverse premium amenities such as lounge & social areas, fully equipped meeting rooms, multifunctional and flex spaces, gym and wellness activities, auditorium amongst others- where users can meet, work and play in comfort.
